Rich Cahalan, our principal, is an experienced business executive and lawyer. He has successfully managed a variety of businesses through key growth stages, ranging from closely–held start-up companies to global technology enterprises (such as Trillium Digital Systems and the Networking Software Division of Intel Corporation). He also has a proven track record of building successful organizations and designing and delivering successful private company exit strategies. Rich holds a BA degree in Economics from Stanford University, an MBA degree from UCLA's Anderson School of Management and a JD degree from UCLA's School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and he is a California–licensed real estate broker (License #01378600).
